Default Cobb AP stage 2 with headers?

Anyone running aftermarket headers on an Cobb shelf map? I have a cobb stage 2 and thinking about getting headers. Is it okay to run the shelf map on a car w/headers?

I am running stage 2 with Borla headers. I am not seeing any adverse effects, however I didn't see the gain on the dyno that I expected with the headers. I may not have given the ECU enough time to learn after reflash, but I'm not sure.

You'll want something that can be tuned to take full advantage of headers.

A cobb flash is still a learning ECU, but its not as good (HP wise) as a tuned Utec etc.

I understand that, but I still expect the ECU to be able to make a little more HP with the headers. I run the Cobb AP because I feel it's a safer tune.
