What do you guys think? I kind of like it.
Anybody else see DMB last night? I was not overly impressed with the show.

Dave,

I agree with you about the concert last night. We ended up sitting in the nose-bleed seats and every time the wind changed, you'd lose some of the sound. It was like someone turning the volume up and down. On the upside, at least it stopped raining, and they did play a fairly long set. All in all though, I preferred the U2 concert from last weekend.

Default drunken 16year olds = no fun

I was there on Sunday night.

I appreciated the music, I'm not a huge listner of his.
but the mass amount of American Eagle wearing drunk 16year olds really subtracted from my enjoyment.

fishguy hit it on the head.
It seemed like more of a social event then a concert...at least where I was sitting.

I saw a white WRX for the first time though, so it was not all bad.

I was there Saturday in Section 320. Good view. No volume. People were messing with the volume during the show. Lots of high quality smells It was a social event. I'm sorry I went. Not enough 18 year olds. Of course I was with a 28 year old. Heh.

I saw DMB in providence in December. Much better show. Could actually hear him Didn't do so many jams or have non band members sing his songs. (Some woman sang something)

Disappointed they didn't play crash or typical situation.
I really enjoyed what you are.

I saw U2 on the Friday they performed. That was the best concert I've ever been too.

Better than AC/DC when I was in Promenade section eating prime rib and drinking heineken.

Even better than Metallica at Cumberland County Civic center back in 1991 the day after they won their 1st grammy 3 frickin's hours!!! Lars was so tired he just lied down on stage.

why does no one understand - its the musical genus behind the band that makes the show worth it. you don't want to see a jam band? then put the cd into your cd palyer and save 50 bucks.
section 320 hugh? sure you didn't just have altitude sickness or something? yes i agree there are many drunk 16 year old stupid people banging on random signs and throwing glowsticks (which was rather humerous) but all in all your not there to listen to the radio friendly songs and sing along, you want that experence? pop in a barny tape. any band can play what they record in the studio, wheres the talent? jam = improvision thats why they still have over 40,000 people stay and have fun on a horriable rainy night. stay home if you don't understand.

I think what Justin (blub blub) is trying to say is..

he's not a huge listner of DMB.. but he liked the mass amount of American Eagle wearing drunk 16year olds..

atleast that's what I got from it.

That's too bad that you folks didn't have a great time at a DMB concert. Their shows are usually awesome. I went to last years when they were at Foxboro and that show was badass. They mixed it up with some old stuff, some new stuff, and some stuff you just never heard before.

Couldn't get tickets for this show.
