Default clutch and fly wheel

All right guys did a search and didnt find what i was looking for.I have a 93 ej18 and my clutch i think is a bout to be shot.lots of cold shuder and it doesnt feel like its engaging untill the pedal is way out.So my question 1st is it worth spending the money on a lightened fly wheel to help out the acceleration?
second should i stick with a oem clutch or go else where.
im even considering if a lightened fly wheel isnt worth it or is to expensive just having the flywheel resurfaced and bolting on a clutch pack.
what do you guys think?

If you have the money, the lw flywheels are nice, and do help with performance.
