Question Head swap?

I have a 1995 impreza 1.8 with a T3 turbo I have recently installed. I have been running 9 psi for about two months and show no drop in compression and no knocking. I know the 1.8 isn't a power monster but I am wondering if some 90'-94' ej22 na heads or cams will fit in my motor to squeeze out a little more power from higher flow or if these heads/cams are the same as the stock 1.8 heads/cams.

Wouldn't you get lower compression? Good for boost, I guess. I really don't know one way or the other.
