Cool Izzat one a them hybrids?

So this guy follows me for a coupla blocks and then pulls up next to me in the parking lot, gets out and sez, "Izzat one a them hybrids?" I look around and realize he's pointing to my compressor and rain shroud I was carrying in the bed. He actually though I was making driveshaft power with the 5.5 HP Honda! See pic #1

Pic #2 is TWOFER rigged for my fall business, winterizing residential sprinkler systems. I bought TWOFER specifically for this business and everything works perfectly. I do 16-20 jobs a day on weekends at $60 each. Nice little business.

Or, you could have just shot him the bird and said "Shut up, you braindead hick!" Wait, that would have been mean. Funny, though!

I like your hose guide on the bed extender, nice job. You might wanna send a pic of that to SOA to show them how useful the Baja is.

Thanks, it's amazing what you can access on the Internet. I found the site of a manufacturer of hose reels, then drilled down in their site to the engineering drawings of their products and then ordered just the part I needed already knowing it's dimensions.

I "glued" it on with Goop, a product I have been using for decades on almost any application. It's a tube of synthetic rubber adhesive that hardens into a vibration resistant bond with almost anything. Most important, it's easily removable just by grabbing hold of it with a pair of pliers. Once you get a hold of it, you can stress it so that it pulls off with no adhesive left behind. Best product I've ever used - period. Home Depot, etc.

Where should I send a pic to SOA? Never done that.

I'm not to sure how to do it,but can't you attach a photo to an e-mail?If not at least rag on them for not Advertising the Baja.We had a E-mail SOA on Advertisement awhile back, but i think its petered out.I think SOA needs to see pics of Baja's hard at work so they can see its worth saving and ADVERTISE it.

Default Yes, send it to DRIVE magazine!

I bet it gets published in the "letters" section. I know a friend of mine sent DRIVE some pixs of his kid's peddle car (decorated like a Subie WRC racer), and they did a story on him.
