Default Exaust who what where when and yeah I know why

Yeah I am looking for an intake and exaust for my stock my02 2.5rs and well I am probully going to go with the ganzflow intake and now I need to look into exaust.. what is a good one that will not kill my low end and that isn't super loud. I live in chicago and i am not asking for police attention in the early morning hours. And I would also like one that isn't going to kill my pockets... All work on this car for the first year at least is being done at the dealership or my old machanic who is great due to me being pretty stupid about cars. any info would greatly appreciated..thanks

I have the Apex-i N1 I like it and dont think its to loud, comes with a silencer but there is really no need...in my opinion. I noticed a bit more power on the high end other than that, that would be about it.

I've got:

the minam intake (you'd have to find a used one)
Borla Headers
2.5" catback N1 non resonated.

and it's one of the meanest sounding RS's I've heard.
and with the silencer it's not too bad as far as loudness.

currently I've actually got the stock intake back on for the fun of it and the "sucking" noise of the intake is REALLY noticable, shows how much better the car is breathing now.

I would have to say for intake and exaust go to www.imprezars.com . The gansflow sounds and flows real nice pluss you get to keep your stock airbox. He also has the stromung and apexi cat-back exaust. I just put on the stromung dualtip this weekend and combined with the gansflow it pulls alot harder now in the higher revs.
