Nevermind - read a post from Verdugo saying that it'll bolt up to the stock dp.
Search is a wonderful feature

Hi there..

It will bolt up to your stock cat, which is the part that is just after your stock DP. Its a catback which as I am sure you know means that it replaces all of the piping from the catalytic converter south. We have about 20 of these things here, so if you have questions about them please let me know. We will always do all that we can to answer all of your questions.

By the way, they are on special for only 520.00 shipped.

Thanks!
