Default need help securing box..

just installed an ma audio 12" sub and i am not really sure on any good ways for securing it back there so it doesnt move around... any ideas?

Get some angle brackets some times called L brackets from Lowe’s or Home depot and screw the box down. Velcro sucks especially when you have a ton of power.

Hey, cool...I was mentioned in that thread

But yeah, bungee fan that I am, it is certainly not safe in a good accident. I've been looking at getting a sealed fiberglass enclosure made for this sub to cut weight. I was thinking of drilling holes in it and using U-bolts with washers on the inside of the enclosure to give me something to use for securing it. Figured I could get some 2000lb test aircraft cable on the 4 top corners of the box and bolt it down to 4 eyehooks in my trunk, using turnbuckles (image below) to tighten the wires...



I'd be highly surprised if the box managed to move after that...
