Default Thanks to Jake at continental service.

I just wanted to publicly say thank you to Jake for handling the service on my WRX. I have had this car for 2 1/2 years and it has been trouble free. I had a few very minor things to get taken care of (recall on the cruise control cable clip and the seat bolt recall). I also added on a request for my stereo unit to be looked at as my tape player has dragged since I got the car. I usually use the cd player or my ipod so it really wasn't a big issue, but my 36k mile warranty is almost over and I wanted to get it taken care of. He had the whole procedure done by the time I returned from work. I just wanted to say thanks for the great service.

You still have tapes....wow you are old. Just kidding of course.

Yeah, Jake will do whatever he can. You should have asked him to throw an STi engine in there for ya too!

My only gripe about conti is that they want your car the whole day for a 10 minute recall fix. Other than that I've had nothing but great experiences from them. They are very understanding there.

Most of the appoinments are made for the day, but if there a quick job needed, the key word is "waiter" when calling in to make the appointment. Simple as that!
