question baja turbo and forester 2.5

Are baja turbo and forester 2.5 turbo the same engine setup ? If so would the Cobb AP work on a Baja turbo ? Thanks

Yes they are the same,different air box and snorkel than the baja.I don't know if the Cobb AP will work or not.

does the baja use the TD04 turbo like the wrx?

I asked Cobb the same question and they told me not now but they plan to offer a version of the AP for the Baja. They didn't say when, however, so you might want to contact them directly.

got the answer from cobb the ecu is different , sorry If I got some peoples hopes up...hopefully they will come out with one soon....
Next the only exhaust I see for the Baja that is a direct fit is the xceleration ...will any legacy or outback exhaust fit? I really don't like modded pipes...so I want a direct bolt on.

There is another differance between the FXT and the BAJA T, the BAJA T has sodium filled exhaust valves and the FXT doesn't. I don't know if this makes a differance for tuning or not.
