Painting window trim

I want to paint the section around my windows and wasnt sure how easy or difficult it was to take off. seems like i just have to pull and it'll pop but i just wanted to make sure there werent any screws or nuts i'll have to take off. What about the strips on the roof? would that just be easier to just tape off than spray?

I was thinking if its possible to get some chrome trims around the windows... free bump for you i'm interested to see if anybody ever did anything to their trims
