Default Revolutions Motorsports Header

Hello all,
I am about to buy one of the Borla replica headers and was wondering if anyone had fitment problems with them on new age GD models. One of the member on this site had problems with the swaybar hitting the Borlas. I was wondering if there is anything else I should know before I spend $$$ on these. Thanks!

Jay

I've got 'em on my car. They're a little better quality than borla's. Good sound and probably a little performance gains. There's no clearance issues at all (stock front sway bar with pillowball endlinks).

Installation was straightforward, had to push a little to get them to line up with the bolts on the heads. The support bolt that's on the cat section won't line up, but it's fine without it.

If you use the search function you'll probably pull up my post about installation and comments.

i installed them, and the headers are resting on my front swaybar (perrin 25" sway) they clunk a bit every once in awhile, but other than that they are good. and sound awsome

I've got a set on my Outback (same engine etc), they hit the sway bar.
I wrapped the headers with heat wrap, and wrapped abit around the sway bar too, helped abit.
To fix it, im cutting the flanges off the original headers, grind/mill them flat, put a gasket and sealant each side and putting them between the heads and the headers, should space it down about 10mm or so.
