The Kenwood has outputs for front speakers, rear speakers, and a sub. There's also an auxiliary set of A/V outputs. One set of A/V inputs and another available via a CD-changer dongle.

As far as quality, I've posted ad nauseum about both units. You can probably find them using search...

I own the Kenwood DDX7015 and KNA-DV3100 nav system. Were I to do it over again... I'm not sure I wouldn't buy the Eclipse. The Kenwood's controls for audio are primitive and annoying. Luckily, I only use it to access the nav stuff and change the volume; everything else is iPod or XM.

for what you get on the dollar, you cannot beat the avn 2454.
and yes the avn has 3 pre-outs and a aux a/v in.
one thing that drove me nuts with my avn is the back up camera. next year eclipse is going to change that.
you have to press "info" then "camera".
the radio doent have the capabiltites of automatically turning on the camera when going into reverse.......
BUT- does come handy when i have a hot chick behind me......opps, i gave my secret away..

shadrool - you sound like you have a little inside scoop on the next 2454. Any idea on when it will be released? trying to decide if i should buy now or later.

Just make sure you've had a chance to use the touchscreen! Especially in a moving STi. Hitting those tiny, ugly touchscreen buttons is a bit of a challenge when the car is bouncing down the freeway...
