Unhappy I need some help

Soon to be I will be driving a 95 automatic Legacy L. It has nothing on it no rims, scoop, spoiler or sun roof. What I want to do is to make it into a better ride and not feel it to hard in the wallet. What i want to do is buy like 99 legacy Gt rims and find a hood with scoop and spoiler maybe even in a far out possibility turbo charging it. But I need some help on finding out what is capable and what things I'm just dreaming of. I'm free to all suggestions. Thanks

Standard USED Legacy GT wheels are fairly easy to come by. People are often offering these for sale, also you might want to use some standard WRX wheels (lots of NEW WRX's are being upgraded), and the owners want to make up some of the difference by selling off the origional wheels. Figure roughly $400 + shipping for a set of rims usually with some questionabe Bridgestone tyres. Maybe slightly more (~ 600) for brand new WRX wheels. Just look in the "PRIVATE CLASSFIED" section.

The 'spoiler' and 'hood scoup' do little to enhance performance, they just make the car stand out more. You MIGHT be able to pick these up at a junk yard (if you are lucky). Otherwise your best bet might be to spend your money on bigger Anti-Roll bars, firmer springs, better struts, and maybe a rear strut tower bar.

Also improved brakes (rotors, pads, etc) might not be a bad idea.
