I got mine from mysubaru.com
Once I set up the account, I can check the upcoming maint schedules, recalls, etc.
It is helpful in knowing when to change the oil, since it isn't the usual "3000 miles" rule.

3750 is Subaru's key mileage figure. But Most people go every 3,000 miles.
Oil change
oil change, tire rotation
oil change
oil change, tire rotation
ect.
15,000 is recommended 1st alignment
30,000 is recommended 1st tune-up, fuel filter, diff and trans fluids, ect.
mysubaru.com is a good way to keep yourself up to date.

My schedule is different...
*oil changes every 3000
******air filter every 12k or less******
*alignment if the tires start getting lumpy(usually the fronts will around 20k)
*Get better than OEM tires at around 25k. Snows, summmers
*Diff and trans juice at around 40k.
*Brakes around 50k (our last 2 Scoobys lasted that long)
*Tune-up at around 50K
*Tires at 60K
* T-belt and front seals at around 80k.
*Tune-up and fluids at 100k.
*Start schedule over.
*Trade-in at 120k-140k only if Subaru has something cooler and bettter

It's actually located in the last few pages of the "Warranty and Maintenance" Book. It's the smaller booklet you received..not your owners manual.

Make sure you follow the right menu. Seeing you live in Rhode Island, you may have to follow the California standards.

I also highly recommend setting up and account with mysubaru.com. Once you get a schedule set up they will send you email reminders of when you are do for service (it takes you putting in your first couple of services for them to develop a pattern)

Well I plan on doing them all myself I was just wondering what there recommended intervals were. Is there a 1,000mile oil change suggestion?

My dealer had me do a 1000 mile break-in oil change... the manual does say take it easy in the first 1000 miles (HAH... I tried for 400 miles to drive like a granny and then lost the battle to keep the tach below 4000rpm...), but does not say anything about an actual oil change being required (I think)...

I did it anyways though... I had a coupon for a $19.99 oil change, and figured I'd get it done just to be safe...

Next one is 3750... (back onto regular schedule I guess)...
