Question Cusco Motor Mount Set WRX/STI

does anybody have Cusco Motor Mount Set on thier Subi?? if so how is it? alot stiffer? is there a big difference??? i have a 2002 2.5rs and i was wondering if it would if my car. will it? saw that from vividracing.com

You can't go wrong with the STI ones. They're probably cheaper and a known quantity.

All your base?

STi mounts are plenty stiff. If you push on the engine, the car rocks, not the engine. Cusco/solid mounts are more for strength than stiffness. Since you are posting in the NA forum, I will assume that you will never have the power to rip the STi mounts.

Solid mounts will add alot more vibration to the car, you will likely end up with "buzzing" coming from various parts of the car. STi mounts don't have that problem.

Go with the STI stuff. It's pretty hard to beat Factory race-stuff. Cusco's quality control doesn't impress me.

I have the group N engine mounts. It's stiff. I don't know if I can take more engine noise in the cabin than what it already is.
