Default does anyone with 225/50/16 and stock MY00 suspension have rubbing (searched)

i searched and i got a bunch of fuzzy answers basically amounting to that they might rub. i am looking at getting some new kumhos for auto-x only and they will be mounted on the stock RS wheels. i'm not looking for anyone who has a friend of a friend that had rubbing issues, but someone who actually has this tire size/suspension combo.

thanks.

I dont' have Kumho's, but I had 225/50/16's on the stock suspension with no rubbing, and it's now on an AGX/5Zigen combo and much lower, also with no rubbing. But tire manufacturers' sizing is all different. You need to find someone with the stock suspension and the same brand of Kumho's (are you getting 712's or the R compounds?) in the same size that will speak up to be certain that you will have no rubbing.

thanks for the reply. it makes me feel better.

i'm looking at getting new R compounds since my gfroce R1s gave up the ghost at the USA meet. the new kumhos sound good and i was thinking about running the large size (which is good since they don't come in 205 ). i know all tires are different sizes with the hossiers being the best known for being freakish.

so, has anyone run kumhos 225/50/16?
