Default Anyone relocated their front plate??

Jus looking around to see if anyone has pics and details of a relocated front license plate. I dont wanna give them cops any reason to hassle me. I was thinking of more like the Evo VIII style mounts.

You can go with the EVO mount or mount it to a fog light mesh cover. I have mine mounted there at the moment due to my FMIC. I have an EVO mount, but I'm not sure if I want to drill into my bumper to use it yet.

I saw a picture of one up on the windshield, it looked like it was mounted behind the passenger visor. Can't find it though.

I just went on evolutionm.net and asked around. A lot of Evo guys don't use their front plates so I was able to buy one off someone for $20.

Default or you can make one for free

i used a spare air splitter from under the hood scoop, thick enough metal that will not bend or flap around while driving. I cut a peice off to make a "L" shape, then I bolted it on the inside of the bumper skin (where you cut/shave the black plastic off), screw 2 holes in the metal peice to bolt up the license plate...done

I did the same thing. I used an evo mount, and threw it over the passenger foglight. I drilled the holes inside the foglight area so that you cant see it. Got mine for 20 bucks over at evolutionm.net also, a lot of those guys dont use them(they can get away with it in other states).

Here's a pic of mine I found. It's just screwed directly into the mesh fog light cover.

cnk- the cover's are wide enough to fit both plate holes? does the plate extend past the side of the car? i was thinking about doing that since i have been pulled over so many times for having my plate in the window.
