Need a answer fast! Exhaust help on 2.2

Anybody know if a catback for a WRX would fit a 97 2.2 wagon? What about the axel back?

it will bolt up, but one hanger will either have to be cutt off and left alone or re-located.

I own a 97 2.2L coupe and guess what, just had a WRX axle-back installed last Thursday. But I had to have a mid-pipe made (2.25" mid-pipe into 2.25" WRX axle-back), as the WRX mid-pipe won’t fit up. This can be done easily at the right muffler shop. Make sure that you find a good shop though, or you’ll just give yourself a headache, trust me. I think you will be pleased if you decide to go this route, I know I am. Sounds good and looks much better than the stock penis pipe.

I went with a 2.5 inch cat back custom exhaust with a dynomax bullet. The 2.5 was recommended by Cobb tuning. It sounds awesome! A little loud, but loud pipes save lives...
