Lightbulb TGV CEL delete feature request from Ecutek

Hi,
I have read all there is to read aboute TGV housing modification.
A friend of mine is a licensed Ecutek tuner and he has been trying
to get Ecutek to incorporate a cel delete feature into their software.
The reply he got was that not enough tuners and wrx owners are requesting
this feature and so they see no point in spending a week just to
allow this feature to be available.
Well, it is time we requested this. On the ecutek forum there is only one thread
on their board that talks about this subject. Thread here: Ecutek Forum .
I started a new thread about this on their site here:
TGV CEL Delete feature request.
So many people on this board have talked about this and want to do this
that I say let us make them know that we want this feature and we want it
ASAP.
I have this mod and I am very very happy with it. Combined with my twin scroll setup I now have aprox 100rpm faster spool up and smoother accel all through the rpm range. Horse power is of less importance to me but power delivery is very important. My car is almost as efficient as it can be as far as air flow is concirned, TB mod, TGV mod, Intake to header and heads inlet & outlet port matching, silicone hoses. The TGV was the last mod and gains are worth the CEL being on constantly.
Are you with me on this?
If so Please add your request to mine on their forum here:

sounds like a good idea, but what I am thinking that you really need to contact the ecutek tuners themselves to let them know, and for them to voice their need for the feature to ecutek.

Thanks for the suggestion.
I have contacted the tuners I know but that amounts to 2
What they were told was that since not many owners request
this they will not put this at the top of their to do list.
I thought that the word could be spread to the tuners by members of this and other forums.

EDIT: I even know that it will take a full week to incorporate this into
their software. How do I know? one of the tuners I know was told that
that is the estimated time it will take them.

John
