i had my clutch replaced about 10,000 miles ago, and recentlly had the 60K mile checkup. since the check up, i have had a very annoying rattle that is being genterated by the throwout berring (that was also replaced w/ the clutch) When the noise occurs, all i have to do is lightlly press on the clutch pedal and the noise goes away. Also, i went to check the clutch cable, and have always been told that where it connects to the lever in the engine compartment, there should be some play in the clutch lever, not constant presure (constant presure making it like you are riding the clutch). well there is no play, and when i loosened the cabel, the lever still didnt budge. I want to stop the noise and make sure that my clutch isnt going to blow up in another few thousand miles. im hoping this is just a small adjustment that i can do and not something that the dealer has to mess with. Any ideas?
