Default 05 rear LSD, gear ratio?

Got an 05 STI rear LSD. Im trying to find out if the gear ratio is the same as my 98L and/or if its compatible. Im having a hard time finding the specs.

I was under the impression that:
pre 01 5sp Imprezas were all 3.90
02+ WRX's all 4.11
04+ STI's all 3.90

thoughts?

to stock is a project too

Default

the final drive on that diff will be 3.9.

wrx's are 3.54
all 2.5l impreza 5spds were 4.11, 2.2l's were 3.9

so since you have a 2.2l i would say you have the same final drive, so yes the ratio is the same. using it in your car is going to be much more difficult.(you need either lots more stuff or need to modify current stuff)

do a little search to turn up the rest

Ben
