Default Best place to start?

I'm getting ready to start playing with my 2002 WRX because I'm going to buy another car to use as a daily driver. I'm wondering if anyone can point me in a good direction to start. I don't want to make the thing undrivable but would like to start to increase the power/handling. This will be my first time working with a street car although I have extensive experience with race cars so I won't be completely lost with a set of tools in my hands.

Thanks for any help.

People are going to flame you and tell you to use the search function. I am in a nice mood so I will say:

Brake pads, ss brake lines, dot 5 fluid
22mm rear sway bar
catless uppipe
catless downpipe
3 inch exhaust
"chip" - Cobb AccessPort/UTEC/Ecutek

That will put you around 280hp with very nice turbo response... after that:

intercooler (bigger top or front mount)
turbo/intake/fuel upgrades

and then depending on how big you go:

Gauges help too.

Have fun, use the search function. Browse the different sites and see what power packages are available. Gruppe-S, Cobb, TurboXS are good places to start.

Oh, and use the search function to find more info.
