Default Would a bad 02 sensor (P0037) make my car run bad?

Okay my car's currently bone stock but i threw a P0037, bad o2 sensor CEL

can a bad o2 sensor actually make my car go crazy? my car has rough idle and it's in limp mode (i cant get on the throttle hard at all, i've been driving very slowwwly)

reason why i ask is because i was completely catless before without a ECU and my car ran fine even with a CEL. now that im completely stock, my car's running funny with a P0037 and a P0340 (bad camshaft sensor)

Yes, a bad O2 sensor can send your car into limp mode.

so how does it explain those cars that are running catless without ECU reflash or CEL fix?

its just weird because i've been running catless without any ecu reflash or cel fixes and it was running fine til i put the stock parts back on (like mentioned above)

Have you reset the ECU for kicks since putting the stock parts on?

ya that does nothing, if i clear the CEL's on my ecu with a scanner or if i unplug my ecu and plug it back in, it'll run pretty ok for a second and it'll go back running like sh** again. does the p0037 have anything to do with the uppipe EGT or is it just the downpipe sensor?
