I took this picture at a Rite Aid in Vermont..
the sign/wall is directly infront of a handicapped parking space. if anyone can make a parking error bad enough to damage a building on the otherside of a 4" curb.. that's skill. either way, this scene had me cracking up.. note the sign is tucked into the damaged siding. I don't really think cappers shouldn't drive.. just making conversation to go with the picture.. .... it's old people that I don't think should drive.

musta been one of those fogies with the trailer hitch attachment for carrying around their motorized chairs.
