Mass. wages render affordable housing unaffordable Study finds state 2d for US cost of living

A low-wage worker would have to earn $20.93 per hour -- more than three times the current Massachusetts minimum wage of $6.75 -- to afford the fair-market rent for a two-bedroom apartment in the state, based on an annual study of national housing affordability released yesterday.

What's rent like down there? I'm in a 995 square foot two bedroom bath and a half in Manchvegas. Heat and ****ty hot water included. Two off-street parking places, clubhouse with gym, pool, etc.. Rent is $995.

Damn dude. I can't believe you let the horse hog up the house while you shiver away in the barn. You could at least make him work for it.

Yeah, I really should have paid more attention to the game of Life. Unless I wanted to be a doctor, degrees just mean massive college loans to pay off. Of course, I could still draw again and get rock star.
