Default a couple of quick questions.

About 5 weeks ago the local dealer said they would put in a new tranny under warranty, but first the had to call subaru and get the ok to do so ( after they did all the tests). Well the first week no one from subaru ever called them back? (what they say) the second week the guy they had to talk to was on vacation. third week he didnt return there call forth week again no reply from subaru (they tell me). now there excuse is the guy they are talking to has hurt his back and is out for TWO weeks because of this now... all he has to do is say yes or no... does that really take 7 weeks? by the time they are going to fix it the warentee is going to be up!
OK to the question!
is there a number I can call to b!t#h at subaru and not the dealer... im getting sick of yelling at them!

And another question
can someone give me the sites of places that I can get a new "good" clutch... I did a search and got a ton of junk and nothing to great

If you want to you can also tell me about your clutch... if you like it or not. (aftermarket clutches only... I know most of us dont like the stock one)

Someone please give me some suggestions on what to do (eather with the dealer or the clutch)

Thank you for any help you can give me!

be professional, but persistent...
ask questions, demand an answer... i would be livid...
dont lose your cool.. and DOCUMENT everything... everything they say or do... as a matter of fact, i'd start getting their excuses in writing....
