Default 75% of the time i start the rs, it backfires through the manifold

can that be because of my leaky intake valve seal?
i dont think it should keep doin it, i dont think its too good for it lol

I used to have back fire through the intake manifold and it was related to and extremely rich condition and the Apex SAFC. I will suggest to lower the enrichment during cold start to see whant happens.

it only happens when the crank isnt turning, ittle die, sit there and the pump will be running hten PFFFF <i see 7psi positive pressure> then the fuel pump starts pumpin again then turns off

Thats too advanced... you want to see around 12-15degrees or so around idle.

complex is right you want prolly 15deg adv at idle even on the 22t hybrid. I have had both

I dont know much about subaru specs but I would say 15deg advance at idle is too advance. You may want to RETARD that a little bit
