205 60R15 A/S tires
I know there are alot of threads about A/S tires..but most of the suggestions dont come in 205 60R15. I was all set to buy a set of ContiEtremes before I realized this.
So far I have found.
Yoko H4s $57
Yoko AVS db S2 $69
BFG Traction T/A H $63
Dunlop SP 5K symetrical $75
Potenza G009 $58
Potenza RE 950 $83
Eagle GT-HR $69
Those are the prices off of Tire rack. Im leaning toward the H4s or the Traction T/As. If anyone has suggestions about other tires or a reason to get one of the above over the others I would love to hear it.

2004 Forester STI
My brother just got a set of H4S's put on his Protege 5. Just riding with him, they feel nice. The compound is nice and soft, providing good traction and should help when temps drop. They're predictable when pushed hard, and from what my brother says, they have almost no loss of traction when wet. No snow yet, so I can't comment.
Out of the list, and from the reviews on Tire Rack, I'd personally pick the Traction T/A's.
Now one you've skipped was Firestone's Indy 500 tire. I put a set of these on my old Lesabre last year and later transfered over to my old Ranger over the winter, Lesabre died. For design purpose, they're in the same category with the Traction T/A's. From reviews from people who have used both, everyone says the Indy 500's are better, stickier. From personal experience, I can vouch for that(Indys only). They are awesome tires and will make your jaw drop the first time you corner at what you think is their limit. Add 20mph and turn a little more, then see if you're nearing thier limit, seriously. Even when you hit the dirt, gravel, snow, or whatever, you'll be equaly impressed by how much they just grab onto the road. . The only gripe, personally, is the soft sidewalls and resuling spongy handling feel. Anyways, read the reviews for the tire on Tire Rack, compare scores, etc. Make up your mind. I've posted a couple reviews on there for these tires, one for the '89 Lesabre, one for the '88 Ranger. As well, I threw up a review on this site for that sticky tire reivew thread up top.
