Default Trade 18" Rota Subzeros for Your 00/01 RS rims?

I have a set of 18" Rota Subzeros in Royal black with a Polished lip, they are in really good shape, a few small curb marks, wrapped in Toyo Proxies ( 225/40/18 All Seasons)

They look super hot, but I'm trying to tone down my "bling" factor since I'm moving out of the boonies and closer to an urban area. And I don't want to chance it considering the luck I had with my Forester XT

I was curious if anyone out there had some 2000 / 2001 RS 6 Spokes with tires that they wanted to trade with me.

Lemme know!

Bry.

hrm.. how's the life on those proxies? would you say it would be ok to run them in the winter?

i have a set of rs 6 spokes. painted gray with clearcoat. one has a nice dent in the lip from hitting a curb sideways. but it still balances perfect and i'm running some nokian NRWs on them right now. couple other nicks on the other wheels. they look pretty good from a few feet away though.

They have at least a full year left but...

I wouldn't really consider 18" low profile tires as a winter tire, they were pretty good in the 2 inches we got the other night, but I wouldn't trust them in a storm. Could you send me a pic of the damage on the wheel? I might consider them, fix the lip and repaint them.

I've seen these wheels in person, and can vouch that they look very nice.

BTW Bry, you wouldn't happen to have a lug wrench I could borrow by any chance?

Bry, I may be interested. I have a set of 00 RS rims on my car right now. They have some mastercraft all seasons with plenty of tread on em. Let me know if you are interested.

I have a set of the 6 spokes, jblaine previously owned. One rim has a curb scratch. http://www.clubwrx.net/forums/showthread.php?t=77930 <---Pics. Also have a set(4) of one season old Good Year Ultra Grip Ice and Snows (better than M3s imho) 205/55/16 that I could mount and balance for you to sweeten the deal....because I have no money. The 6 spokes really do sharpen the look of scoobies.

I'll e-mail you guys later with better pix of the wheels, it pretty much comes down to who ever is willing to meet me the closest. I'm taking the wheels off this coming week once I get my winter tires mounted.

Bry.
