yeah, i ordered my k&n intake for my sti through them. it took about 6 days (ground) to get here. good service is guess.

yes a friend and i ordered defi guages from them. and we both ended up with defective boost gauges. called them on the phone spoke to jason or chris can't remember and he shipped new gauges out that day with a return ups label. good experience here.

I placed my first order through them, I ordered:

- Perrin Crank Pulley
- GP Moto Silencer Delete Elbow
- HKS Turbo Timer
- HKS Harness

I received the invoice via email, with all of the items listed. I received the package promptly, however there was no invoice in the box (maybe that's their process), and I only received:

- Perrin Crank Pulley
- GP Moto Silencer Delete Elbow

You couldn't fit the missing items in the box that I received, and it was only a one box shipment according to the tracking number. I placed a call and emailed them, today after their office was closed. I'll update this post when I receive their response.

**Update**
I received an email back from them this morning, stating that they didn't have the Turbo Timer in stock, and that they set it up for drop shipment direct from HKS. They refunded the purchase price. Now it's a week after I placed my order originally, and I have to start all over again with another vendor.

The invoice that I received via email listed all 4 items, and said nothing about items not being in stock. I'm not too happy right now, if they had just sent a simple email saying that "Item x and y is not in stock, do you want us to order it, or refund your money?" that would have prevented the issue.

It's a bitch for people with busy schedules, whom have to plan ahead things like mod installs. I would order from them again, assuming I didn't have such a hectic schedule which requires me to know when things are going to happen each week.

I score them 1-10 (10 highest):
Price 9
Efficiency 8
Communication 2
Ease of Refund 10

I ordered a sway bar & endlinks through them. FedEx lost the package though. They were really cooperative in working with me and gave me a free t-shirt because of the inconvenience that wasn't even their fault! Great service!!!!!!!!
