Question 2.25" crush bent midpipe w/ Brospeed?

I am probably buying a used Brospeed Legacy wagon muffler. Is there any reason not to have a 2.25" midpipe made? Also, can anyone confirm that this muffler is typically run without a resonator?

Thanks, Doug

Edit: 2.25"...

I have an opinion, but it doesn't matter what I think, its your car.

Yes, you can run the muffler with 2.25" piping, with or without resonator. Having a resonator in the works keeps things a bit quieter, but a Brospeed shouldn't be that loud to begin with so...choice is yours.

I am running with brospeed muffler and 2.25 mid pipe, no resonator..it's not that loud, and works very well.
