No data or pics for you, but I have the rallispec short-shift and STI tranny mounts. I know they use an extremely hard bushing. They make a big difference in feel. Shifts are quicker and much more positive. I'm very happy with it. There's a big difference in tranny noise, but I'm not sure if this is from the short-shifter or the tranny mounts. I'm someone who likes to hear everything going on, so it was a an added bonus to me, but I've heard people complain about it.

I have a Kartboy short shifter on my RS and I have not noticed any extra sounds.


My hubby's GT wagon has a Kartboy too, but the only time we heard a different noise is when he installed the STI tranny mounts.

So basically all it did was transmit the engine noise into the cabin better.
