Who has one of these?
<IMG SRC="http://magicmt.streetracing.org/shock_absorber.JPG" border=0> I put it on and I still get shocked very lightly. I'm pretty sure it does lessen the shock a lot. But is it supposed to eliminate all shock or just lessen it? I should learn Japanese so I can read the instructions ![]()

Yes it is a piece of rubber. It drags on the floor and keeps you from getting electrically shocked when you touch your car.

magic,
not to have to say it, but that's a ricer's tall tail A friend of mine who's a ricer (who shall remain nameless) explained to me what it's supposed to do: It's supposed to discharge all static electricity generated by your car and discharge it from the body into the ground. It has a metal rod inside the rubber. So bydragging on the ground it's supposed to keep your car cleaner by not "attacting" dirt/dust. In all actuallity, it does Jack Schitt But it <FONT face="Comic Sans MS">"looks cool"</FONT f>... ![]() -chrisC |
