but when i start my car the check engine light stays on and when bleeping the throttle its revs up then drops down to like 400 and then back upto idle.

what did i do incorrectly, and how can i fix it?
thanks

you probably have the maps backwards, you get a ce light and a weird idle (welcome to limp mode) if the map wires are backwards.

i triedd switching the yellow and white wires so that the map changes but it made it worse and stalled easier and the light stayed on.

did you set your sensor settings correctly or even at all? I had the same problem with my car. Does your tach needle bounce up and down and your car shakes at idle? Well if you didnt se the sensor settings correctly here they are:

Hot: 4:4/1:1
Flap: 4:4
Pressure: 1:1

you can check your afc manual and it has those settings for out cars. Jdm that is but it still works it makes the CE light go away and its symptoms. Good luck

Oh yeah if you have a My00 dont tune over 4%. You will put your map sensor out of perameters. The voltage cant go over 4 blanks. From experience pass it on.
