Jay, I have Gorilla splines on my car and they haven't rusted in ~6 months......I'd forget any 'lightweight' lugs.....they usually cause problems unless treated exactly the way they need to be.

I bought the aluminum lugs from SubyDude. They are a standard 19mm and light as you'll find.
I've never had any problems with them. at all.

i got mine from jcwhitney.com for like 40ish dollars shipped

u can also google "gorilla lug nuts" too

you got ripped off. If you go to discount tires they are $1 each and the key is free with a set of 20. Replacement keys are $4.
