Default WRX Torque Specs for Exhaust Header Bolts

Could someone who has the shop manuals give me the torque specs for the WRX Exhaust Header Bolts.

The bolts into the engine should be torqued to 40 Nm (28.9 ft-lb) and the bolts that connect other pipes to the exhaust manifolds should be torqued to 35 Nm (26 ft-lb). The manifold cover bolts should be torqued to 19 Nm (13.7 ft-lb). And all gaskets exposed should be replaced with new ones. If you have to remove the front O sensor from the RH exhaust manifold, make sure it's cooled down and re-install it (after applying anti-seize compound to the threads) with 21 Nm (15.2 ft-lb) of torque.
