Default Pzero Nero = amazing!

Just strapped on a set of 225-45-17's Pzero nero M+S on my 17x8 rims. Haven't drove them in dry yet since today it rained the entire time. They are absolutly amazing in the rain compared to the RE92. I was somewhat afraid of the rain with the stockers on, since the ABS comes on so quickly and it's so easy to drift when entering an (slightly high speed) merge.
I was orginally going to try and tug 245-40's but after seeing how close these 225 came to my fender, it would be extreamly difficult to fit 245's even with moderate fender rolling. It seems to me that the tire shoulder are very wide, compared to my old Yokahoma AVS DBs

I am getting these for my allseason/winter tires.

I am happy that you like them. On tire rack they have a 7.5 rating for snow... I figure that is good as everything else is rated a 8 or +...

If ABS comes on quicker and it's easier to drift, isn't this bad? Could lose control faster?

Do you have any pics?

Thanks,
-Nigel

I have been happy in dry and wet this past week (when I got them on).
Now I am waiting to see what they do in snow.

They seem a bit better dry/wet than my old SP Sport 5000's so far, but they are also wider (225 vs 205).
