Default looking to add fog lights to 2007 2.5 wagon

First time posting, I have a 2007 2.5 wagon with NO fog lights. I wanted to add fog lights to the factory location, but don't want to use the factory light kits. How can I mount fogs in the factory location and which lights (i prefer round) will work the best? What size?

Thanks and if i posted this in the wrong forum, I will try to improve for future posts.

So, this is actually about lights on my Hilux, but lights are lights, right?

I just replaced the driving lights that the previous owner had installed, which should have been as simple as just swapping the old connectors for new ones. However, I encountered a strange problem. I wired up the first light and tested it; it worked fine. However, when I connected the second light, the fuse promptly blew. Initially, I thought I might have swapped the polarities on the second light, but I didn't. The fuse is the correct rating for the lights (20A; the lights are 2x100W).

If I turn the aux light switch on, I'm getting 12V to the wires, so the relay is switching correctly. However, when I connect a bulb, the bulb doesn't light up (and I know the bulb is good).

The old lights used to work - could it be a bad relay? Either that, or there's something weird with the way the old ones are wired that I'm not aware of.

The fuse is almost too small for two lights. Yes, it can handle the lights once they are on but it will have trouble with the inrush. The lamps have a very high current when first turned on.

The next problem is most likely due to the ground. The old lights may have grounded through the light body while the new ones need a ground wire connected. Or vice versa and the mounting bracket is not grounded.

I would also suggest looking at the ground, or just redoing it with a fresh connection.

I gotta figure out something to do with a 2010..
I want it so I can remove it by just a few bolts and you'll never know it's there.
It's not something I wanna run around with all the time. but when I got on trips or decide to go out on some back country roads a little more lighting wont hurt.

the factory fogs are pooched. they corrode in no time

and the 500's are probably as well. but if they have the plastic reflector, you can probably wash them out by disassembling them and filling it with clean water from the bulb hole. get a few bottles of rubbing alcohol and rinse with that and let air dry (bulb hole down) after pouring out the alcohol (absorbs the remainder of the water).

Actually took the 500ff's out and filled them with clean water and dumped them out, and then dried them with a hair drier, Also the factory fogs r cracked but now empty, and replaced the bulbs and all seems well with everything.

how deep was the water?
might want to contact insurance, wiring harnesses and stuff may or may not be truly water proof when in standing water.

It was probably 18-20 inches deep, but I ended up driving thru it and everything seems fine today, drove around for about an hour or 2... And everything seems fine including the electronics.

that's a lot of water, did it get into the interior?
The wiring inside definitely isn't as protected as other stuff.
If it's working fine now that's probably a good sign, but I'd probably still get it on a lift and inspect connectors inside and out just to be sure.
