Question A stupid question re Pirelli p zero nero m+s

I just put four of these on my '02 wrx. subaru recommends 28 psi in the front and 32 psi in the back. my installer recommended 36 psi front and back for a smoother ride. max psi is 51. i don't drive the car particularly hard or easy. 50% suburbs and 50% highways. live in nj. these are year round tires. what do you all recommend for the best combination of year round ride + handling in all weather conditions?

I have the p7000 which are simular. there max is 45 and I run 38. Subaru's psi is based on non low profile tires I think. I have no problems with mine and they work great in the snow.

remember: A few punds higher in the front to compensate for the extra wieght. I have the same tire in 225/40/18 and I run 36/34

In your case, I'd stick with what it says on the door jamb.
