Question Need Wiring help!

Ok, i have 2 10'' 1200w, Precision Audio Explosions, 4ohms(id: XS-L1090X), and a Legacy 2000w(id: LA1080), 2/4 channel, 2 ohms(bridgeable to 4ohms).

Question 1: I believe i know how to bridge them, but can anyone refresh my memory?
This is what the connections on my amp look like...

| + - + - | | + - + - |

The first + - are Ch1, 2nd are channel 2, etc.
How would i hook the subs up for 4ohm 1000w to each?( the amp is 1000w x 2 Bridged Output)...so how do i bridge them

Question 2: this should work...right?

thx!

so...the legacy is a 4 channel amp? to bridge an amp, you simply have to use the positive of one channel, and the negative of the other channel to hook up to your speaker. it won't be 1000w to each speaker, as the 1000w rating is @ 2 ohms, so it would be 500w @ 4ohms. and since it's probably a peak rating, it should be more like 250w RMS@ 4 ohms, to each sub.

That is not true. It depends on the amp. Some amps want you to use both positives. Some want you to use a positive and a negative.

I would check on the amp manufacturers website for the correct way.

well, on the box, it says exaclty this "1000w x 2 Bridged Output" and then a little further down, it says "Bridgeable to 4 ohms" so, if i bridged them, it should, i say should, because im not sure, be 1000w x 2 ouputs @ 4ohms...but i guess thats my question
