Default Has anyone eaten chicken out of the can?

Tastes kinda like tuna somehow but it's pretty decent.
As long as you're not worried about sodium, it's not bad for you.

And IB

Sure does. Just like tuna but the can is bigger.

I made a sammich with some the other night containing the following:
bread - 2 white slices
1/3 CAN of chicken
onion
lettuce
salt pepper
miracle whip

I liked it but I posted hoping to hear some downsides. It just doesn't seem right

Why chicken in a can? Are you living in some kind of fallout shelter where there's no access to refrigeration and a butcher's?

canned tuna's sweet...canned chicken is tasteless. Chicken salad sammiches remind me of vomit.

canned chicken
canned veg-all
canned reduced-fat cream of (whatever) soup
canned biscuits
----------------
Decent chicken pot pie for 4ish people in however long it takes you to dump all the crap together and bake the biscuits on top of it.

It's much easier to make a chicken-outta-the can sandwich then to cook it though. I'm not eating this carp for dinner, I'm talking about a little snack.
