Default Torque mods: Do I need a bigger fuel pump or TMIC with a vf24 upgrade?

So I'm about ready to throw on all of these goodies and am wondering (worrying) whether I need to add a wallbro 255 and/or an sti TMIC to the list. I'm not looking to own the HP record, just want more torque.

With these mods, is the stock intercooler adequate? Do I need a bigger fuel pump? The pump isn't going to add any power, and the bigger TMIC power benefits are not clear with these mods (might spool up later, but gain top end HP from what I've read). But in terms of making the engine run safer, are they necessary, or just a waste of hardware?

Thanks

Here's the setup (2002 WRX):

(underdrive pulley)
(coldler plugs)
(Cat-less Uppipe)
vf24 (deadbolt monster ported)
3" Downpipe (twin dumper w/ metal substrate cat)
3" mid-pipe (w/ metal substrate cat)
stock catback
STi pink injectors
Ecutek tune

You might as well get a fuel pump..it wont cost much and I think will help.

Default any issues with a larger pump?

Does the beefier fuel pump have any downsides? Like, am I going to need to upgrade any other weak link in the fuel line? (fuel pressure regulator, etc?)

abit more noiser, but hardly..

fuel rails could be replaced but
not totally neccessary. but it would
be nice.

when I can get my hands on a set
I plan to do the fuel rail upgrade.

Default I basically have your same set up

VF24 etc...I did install a FP when I did my injerctors..Just to be safe and keep the pump well within it's pump capacity.I also did a larger TMIC ..but since have gone to a turboxs FMIC..so a larger turbo is in my future..
With my MRT TMIC set up and my VF24 I was putting down a 285 WHP on a conservative mustang Dyno. P.S. I'm selling my MRT TMIC..it's less than a year old..beautiful and shiney

With any turbo that needs bigger injectors you need the fuel pump.

No you dont need a bigger TMIC, but I spooled up 300rpm sooner with the TXS v2 TMIC than I did on teh stocker. The stock tmic is very restrictive, a more free flowing bar/plate tmic will spool you faster. The STI tmic is no more free flowing than the stocker and is a huge waste of $$$. You will gain NOTHING from it. Either stick with the wrx tmic or go to a bar/plate tmic. The sti uses the same exact core as the stock one, only a bit larger. Just as restrictive.

There is absolutely no need to upgrade anything in the fuel system beyond the injectors/pump. Our cars have been safely making over 350whp on the stock rails/lines. Bigger rails only add tuning headaches to the picture, not safety
