Koni's are the bomb diggity. Prodrives, Koni's and Group N tops are what I'm running now, and on full soft it's more comfortable than stock struts, but grippier than ever. KYB's can be a bit harsh, but if you'd rather not mess with hacking up your struts (not as scary as you might think), they're fine.

And another.... very happy with it. Hacking the struts was much easier than I expected. Most frustrating part was re-assembling the strut/springs and tightening the strut top nut....

Well these come with stock springs, or I have a set of espelir GT springs. Well I'm selling struts and springs for $500 shipped. The springs I've been told are the exact same spring rates as the STI pinks for the WRX. The espelir GT springs handle way better than OEM sti springs. They also lower the car nicely.

Here's the thread if you're interested:

I currently have the prodrive springs and koni inserts sitting in my closet but havn't tried the install yet. I've read good things about this combo and hopefully i don't mess up the install.

I have a prodrive/agx set up and I like it. Struts seem well matched to the springs no bounciness or other typical problems. Quick, cheap, and hassle free alternative to koni and the required hack job. It has been beaten to death that konis are better than the KYB-AGX. If your not the type to fiddle around with adjusting the struts then I would say go with the KYB GR-2s, I at times wish I had because I don't really mess with my settings too much. The consensus is that they are equivalent to the 2-4 setting on the AGXs.

Just my 2 cents,
Dan
