Default Static in speakers

I just had my stereo professionally installed. Should have done it myself, but that is a different story. My question is, I'm getting static in the front 6.5 mids. I had boston 6.5 pro's put in. The static is very light, but more noticable in the right speaker. I usually only hear it a certain frequencies, it is more noticeable on talk shows. It is usually just when there is a guitar playing at a certain level. I have a Phoenix Gold x100.4 running these. They did screw up the install to begin with, when I would try to use the power windows, the speakers would pop and the amp would go off. Im not sure if this is what caused it, or if it is the wiring. Im pretty sure the sound is not from any loose wires rattling around. Do you have any ideas. Thanks for the help.
