Default vf 28, vf 30, vf 34

Which of the following turbo's would be the best to put into an 02 wrx?vf 28, vf30, vf 34. If you could explain why that would be great. Thanks for your help. (puting in access port, sti pinks, walbro fuel pump.) Want to try to run 12's no crazy amount of boost

If you are going to be using a accessport you can only use the vf30 or 34. There is no map for the vf28. Out of the two choices, the vf34 spools up a bit quicker.

what about between a vf 22 and a vf 34 I herd the 22 isnt to reliable doesnt last to long
