Subaru Stars Needed in NOVA: Muffler for 96 Legacy Outback

Updated:

I don't need a muffler, I need the second cat section. Legacy Outback exhaust has a Y header off the engine to a single cat, bolted to a second cat section which ends at the doughnut gasket... this is the part I need. That catted section doughnuts up with the springs to the long mid-pipe back to the muffler.

Here's a terrible cameraphone pic.

The section is not straight, it comes from the passenger side and jinks over to the center/driver's side of the car. This is not a part found on a WRX, it'd need to come from at least a NA Subaru and probably a NA Legacy

If you have something that you think MIGHT fit, I'd love to know!

Thanks for any help, guys... I can pay!!

Stock WRX muffler available. I'm thinking free sounds good. You can hack & weld & duct tape it on all you want.

I have a complete header-to-tailpipe stock Legacy (BD) exhaust from a 98’ 2.5 that should work. Should be a direct bolt into a BG except for 1 hanger is different above the rear axle. Yours if you want it in Rockville… $25 bucks!
