Default "Hacking" 95 impreza L ecu to no rev limit

I have a 2.5 in my 95L running off the 1.8 ecu. The 6k rpm limit really stinks. I know supermoose had his ecu "hacked" by some company in colorado to have no rev limit. i would like to at least be able to rev mine out to 68-6900, but anyways anyone have info on how to do this or a company that would do this? My ignition timing so far is pretty damn good, and I am running a safc for fuel, so all i need is to move or remove the rev limiter..........

thanks all
