Default accessory power near A piller?

I've got the SmarTire display I want to hardwire next to the A piller. Does the power for the autodimming mirror run up the driver's side? If not, what's the best way of wiring it up?

The clock is a good bet. If you remove the gauges it is very easy to pass wires from the clock area behind the gauges and to the A pillar area.
