Question Autometer EGT Probe Sold Seperately??

I just got my Autometer EGT gauge. There are all kinds of fancy little wires, brackets, etc...... but no thermo-probe? Was the probe supposed to come inside the box??

Also, any MY99-01 owners out there who can tell me the ideal EGT temp, 1400?? (I've got a MY99 w/Minnam Intake)

IIRC 1400 is the magic number, keep them below the melt point of 1600....
